More fixes installed - thanks for reporting :)

More mu online season 16 fixes installed, thanks all for testing and reporting. This server is gonna be awesome :D

- Fixed cannot delete character cause higher levels
- fixed some weird lock issue on skill tree 4th
- fixed shields for all classes
- Mastery item silver heart book gave bugged options
- Fixed more lucky items cannot sell/drop 
- Fixed other items sell issue + all classes
